Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns of unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged items within 14 days of the item’s delivery date, provided that all the original tags remain intact (still attached).
To make a return, please follow the instructions below:
For our clients in Poland:
We offer FREE returns via the InPost service.
To return your purchase, please follow these steps:
1. Visit the Szybkie Zwroty website or use the InPost Mobile app.
2. Select Weekend&Beyond from the list of available stores.
3. Fill out the return form and choose your preferred pick-up method.
4. Your return code sent to you via email and it will be available in the InPost app.
5. Bring your parcel to the nearby InPost Locker.
6. As soon as we receive your shipment and check the item (1 business day), we will issue a refund. Please, note that it might take your bank a few business days to process the refund payment.
For our clients in Europe
(Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, Ireland, Italy, Portugal, Poland, Spain, Liechtenstein, Romania)
1. Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org to tell us that you want to make a return.
2. Use your enclosed return label and drop the parcel at the nearest DHL Service point*. Alternatively, send your unwanted order by any convenient service to Jędrzejowska 47, 93-636 Łódź Poland Receiver: Completio Sp. o.o.. for Weekend&Beyond.
3. As soon as we receive your shipment and check the item (1 business day), we will issue a refund. Please, note that it might take your bank a few business days to process the refund payment.
For our clients outside the EU, please, contact us at email@example.com before shipping your parcel due to the customs duties regulation process.
1. We kindly ask you to send your unwanted order by any convenient service and communicate to us the tracking number of your return package. Please, make sure you added the return form to the parcel.
2. As soon as we receive your shipment and check the item (1 business day), we will issue a refund. Please, note that it might take your bank a few business days to process the refund payment.
The cost of the return shipment is not compensated to the client outside of the EU. The shipping has to be sent to us from the same country where you've received it.
If you would like to exchange an item for another (different size, colour, or style), please return the original item as per our usual returns policy and place a new order. You will be refunded for the original item in compliance with our usual returns policy.
